Local Musician to Fundraise for Roswell....
In an effort to support Roswell Park, local musician, Corinne Damerau-Best, of North Buffalo will be donating all proceeds from the sale of her new CD, “Embrace Yourself” to Roswell’s research center to help find a cure for cancer.

The CD is an original work comprised of stories about people that have been a part of her life. Aside from the title track, “Embrace Yourself”, other titles include, “The Immigrant”, “Lullabye”, and “I’ve Got The Blues”. The music features some of Buffalo’s finest musicians including Joe Rozler, (Party Squad, Sid Winkler Trio), Armand Petri, (Producer, worked with the Goo Goo Dolls, Sixpence None the Richer and hundreds of area and national acts) Ken Kaufman, (The Road), John Caruso, (the Need), Mary Ramsey, (10000 Maniacs), Sam Tambe, local musician, and Chris and Mark Panfil, (Creek Bend).

Corinne is a 1975 graduate of Lake Shore Senior High School and earned both her BS and MS degrees from the State University of New York at Fredonia. She has been teaching both privately and in NY State schools for 30 years as well as performed locally with many area bands. She is currently employed at The Nichols School in Buffalo where she teaches Choral and General Music.

CD’s can be purchased from The Cuttage in Derby, Barnes and Noble Bookstore, McKinley Mall and on Niagara Falls Blvd., Pitt Petri, on Delaware Avenue, Talking Leaves Bookstore, Elmwood Ave., Buffalo, or the Clothes Bar in Williamsville. All proceeds will go directly to Roswell Park for cancer research. Your support in this community service endeavor is greatly appreciated.
