It sounds like his ego has been tarnished, he seems rejected and until he feels good about himself he probably will lash out at you. Ignoring his comments and not replying to them as much as you want to generally stops them. It's the reaction they are looking for. My ex husband called me names for years. Getting along has more to do with you than him. You can change how you feel. I started with "she's stuck with him I'm not...feels good! Then we move to For every minute I waste feeling bad I lose part of myself then the times we see each other is great, he still can't figure it out. I am guaranteed happiness everyday weather I pick it is entirely up to me! So feel good everyday!

Today's society has a sense of entitlement that I will never understand. I do, however, know where it is coming from. You, the mother, are the reason your child lacks respect for your vehicle.

Well, I am not overweight and when I have lunch with my friends who are NOT on a diet, I sometimes watch in amazement their food consumption while they order "Diet" soda and lament on the fact that they can't lose weight.
I also have friends who order a salad and load it up with calories by adding dressing, croutons, bacon, etc. and complain that all they do is eat salads and can't seem to lose the weight!
But I don't like eating alone so I just listen to them and smile!!!

I get the biggest kick out of people that think they eat healthy. Oh yes I eat a lot of fruit ( with sugar or brown sugar smeared all over it), or a salad with everything but the kitchen sink on it. Then they complain about not being able to loose weight. You don't have to stuff yourself at a meal. You will get another chance to eat later in the day. Stop treating every meal as your last meal.

I can tell you from my experience that I had no idea the person I was married to was cheating on me. She showed all the signs but I was to trustful and in love with her to see the forest for the trees. Looking back I can't believe I was so blinded by my love for her. I've spent some time since looking back on our long relationship and wonder how many other times she cheated on me. I'll never know.

Yes I think we do. I knew before it even happened somehow. I met the girl my husband cheated with 2 years ago and told him that night she would be the end of our marriage. Here we are 2 years later divorcing because of his adulterous relationship with her. I knew, but I didn't want to admit it to myself.

As my grandmother would say...time waits for no man and neither do I! LOL
However, you need to be more specific...are you waiting at a restaurant or for him to meet your needs?

If you are truly in love with someone then you can wait as long as it takes. obviously you do not want to waste your whole life waiting for someone, but real love is rare and if your young enough (under 30) I say you can afford to stick it out till the person your in love with is ready. I do not know what your situation is but I once waited for a man to end a dead relationship for a couple years. I dated other people once in a while but I didn't like it and I never let myself get close to anyone else cause my heart was and will always be with him. It worked out in the end. What I did is not for everyone, but I was only 23 at the time and I knew he was the man I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. I am still with him today, 25 years later. I hope this helps you somehow.

Yes I did see him while he was with her. On and off. I didn't want to cut him out of my life and take the chance of losing him. Like I said I did see other people once in a while but I hated it cause it just reminded me how much I loved him. I wanted to stay friends with him while I waited but we ended Up doing things friends don't normally do if you know what I mean. Some people say once ur friends u can't go back but this is so un true. If u truley love someone then u should be best friends anyway as well and love never dies if it's real. A lot of people said I was crazy but they didnt know how I felt and what he was going through with her at the time. What I did is not for everyone but it was the best decision I ever made because I knew he was the one. Before I met him I didn't even believe in the fairy tale of love but since that day I first saw him and up til now I haven't even noticed another man or ever even thought about being with any one else. When u find what u want you do what ever it takes to get it or at least I do. They say life is short so why waste
time looking for something that you know you've already found? At the time people said I was wasting my life but I thought of it as I was waiting to begin it with the only person I ever wanted to spend it with. Everybody is different and I'm luckier than most in this particular situation. You just have to look deep down and ask yourself "does this the person make me feel like
no other and do I want to spend the rest of my life with him?" if the answer is yes then do what you have
to do to make it happen. Some people get married cause
they are in such a hurry to start their lives and have kids and all that but I say what's the hurry? Life isn't that short and it will be a long un happy life if you choose the wrong person.

I don't think the first Lisa is the same as the second Lisa. The first Lisa spells out the word "you" while the second Lisa spells it as "u" hmmm... something is not right...

Maybe the second time Lisa came to the site she was in a rush. She wrote a lot more the second time. I write "u" and "you" sometimes in the same blog or comment or text or whatever. proper grammar is not used anymore anyway.

I would sit down with him and get to the real issue! Usually there is a bigger issue hiding behind "cliches" such as "I need my space"; "I need time away". If he doesn't want to talk...you will have to decide how much time you want to give putting YOUR life on hold.

I would totally tell someone they had something in their teeth. I find that making a casual comment does the trick. I'll downplay it, and quickly move on to another subject.

Yes, I agree, the dessert I ordered was absolutely mouth watering....a real party in my mouth!

What I liked was, I told them what I had in mind and they then came up with a dessert. Well, worth the price, as I have never had anything as good as what they made. I will definitely order again.

The desserts were great! But, what is more interesting is the "power" aspect. I actually felt "enpowered" after I served this pie. It may be mind over matter (or make that batter!!), or it COULD be magick!!! I am putting in another order today!!!!!!

If electricity was there I might consider it. There are only a few people in the world who are best suited for you. Maybe both of you aren't ready for each other yet, but sometimes it just takes time for both people to grow and find each other. Eventually though, long term, you would have to give them a deadline because no one wants to be second best and never get their chance at love. You either got to go with your feelings and take that chance or leave to have your own second chance.

Furball! It also makes me see "red" when people aren't "green"! What makes it worse is when there are police behind the person who litters from their car and the police do not pull them over for littering! I have seen this happen a few times!!!
